Car Park Facilities and Regulations

Parking facilities are available in the College grounds for ITE staff, students and visitors. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The College accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents while that vehicle is on College grounds.

Students driving cars can park only in the ‘Visitor Parking’ lots which are situated adjacent to the guardhouse (marked as ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ in the College site map). Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked only in the ‘Motorcycle Parking’ lots (marked as ‘M’ in the site map) and the ‘Bicycle Parking’ lots (marked as ‘U’ in the site map). Motorcyclists and cyclists are not allowed to park their motorcycles and bicycles in parking lots designated for cars.

Any vehicle parked in violation of the ITE College East parking regulations, will be issued a parking notice and may have their vehicles clamped. If the student receives a parking notice, he has to go to the College Estates Services Department Office (located at Technology Block, Level 1) to have the clamps removed after paying the appropriate administrative fee. Repeat offenders will be barred from using the College parking facilities. Where vehicles are causing an obstruction or a safety hazard, they may be removed. Owners of vehicles which are removed will need to pay an administrative fee for the release of the vehicle.

Motorcycles and bicycles must not be ridden along College paths or in areas which are normally closed to private vehicles.
