Reporting Lost Item
Please approach the Customer Service Officers (CSOs) at Customer & Visitor Centre (CVC), Administration Block Level 1 to report your lost item(s). The CSOs will contact you if someone found and passed your item(s) to CVC.
Reporting Found Item
Please approach the officers at Customer & Visitor Centre (CVC), Administration Block Level 1, if you come into possession of an item not belonging to you.
For found items with contact details, the CSOs will contact the owner to claim the item(s).
Some of the found items being reported at CVC are: Clinique facial liquid soap, Ezlink Card, SHHORS Watch + 2pc of notes, Shoe bag with Ngee Ann Poly Logo, Grey file with timetable, Blue folder, iBank device + Keys, Wallet, Pencil case, ITE trainee card, Thumbdrive, Silver Ring, Umbrella, Potato Snacks, SD Memory Card
If you have lost the above items, please drop by CVC to check with the CSOs.
