If coming from TPE (SLE), exit the expressway by Exit 1, travel along Upper Changi Road East, then turn right into Upper Changi Road.
If coming from PIE (Changi Airport), exit the expressway by Exit 2, travel along Upper Changi Road East, then turn right into Upper Changi Road.
If coming from PIE (Jurong), exit the expressway by Exit 4A, travel along Simei Avenue, then turn left into Upper Changi Road.
If coming from ECP (City), exit the expressway by Exit 2B, travel along Xilin Avenue to Simei Avenue, then turn right into Upper Changi Road.

If alight at Expo MRT Station (CG1). Cut across Singapore Expo to Upper Changi Road East. Cross Upper Changi Road East and turn right to Simei Avenue.
If alight at Simei MRT Station (EW3). Cross Simei Street 3, walk along Simei Park Connector and turn right to Upper Changi Road.
If alight at Tanah Merah MRT Station (EW4). Exit from Exit B, walk to the bus-stop and transfer to SBS Transit Bus Service 31. Alight at the 3rd stop after boarding. ITE College East will be on the opposite side of the road. Take the overhead bridge to ITE College East.
If alight at Tampines MRT Station (EW2). Walk to Tampines Bus Interchange and transfer to SBS Transit Bus Service 31. Alight at the 5th stop after boarding. ITE College East will be on the same side of the road.
