The Realwork @ College Scheme was implemented to enable full-time ITE students to take on work on a part-time basis in ITE Colleges and ITE Headquarters, and at selected external companies. The real work that students undertake will add value to their technical training in ITE. With the work exposure and experience, students will become better prepared for work when they graduate.
Students are eligible for the Realwork Scheme if they meet the following criteria:
Conditions to fulfill for participation in Realwork scheme:

Students will receive an allowance based on the rate agreed upon when they commence work

Students must apply for GIRO arrangement with ITE before they commence work

Foreign students may participate in the scheme during vacation time
